URDG 758 Compared with ISP98/UCP

Effective 1 July 2010, URDG 758 attempts to unify independent guarantee practice. This programme will study its provisions, consider their strengths and weaknesses in light of independent guarantee and standby practice, compare it to ISP98, and provide practical advice regarding URDG 758 guarantees, including advice regarding forms and clauses as well as provisions that should or could be excluded.
